These Terms and Conditions apply when ordering online from KD Indian Kitchen (hereinafter referred to as the "Restaurant" or "We" or "Us") and apply to you as a client for online ordering (hereinafter referred to as "You" or the "User" or the "Client").

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY. IF YOU DO NOT WISH TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, YOU SHOULD NOT ACCESS AND/OR USE THE ONLINE ORDERING APPLICATION. ACCESS AND/OR USE OF THE ONLINE ORDERING BY YOU SHALL BE DEEMED TO BE YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

All content related to the online ordering application, including images, trademarks, and layout, is proprietary to KD Indian Kitchen and cannot be used without express permission from the Restaurant.

If you choose to create an account for ordering, please keep your information confidential. Unauthorised disclosure may result in suspension of your account. Your activities within the application are your responsibility. KD Indian Kitchen handles your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.

8. Order Acceptance

All online orders represent an intention to purchase and constitute a binding offer. KD Indian Kitchen reserves the right to accept or decline orders at its discretion. Acceptance may occur through an on-screen message, email, or SMS confirmation.

The online ordering application may only be used by individuals over the age of 18 or under the supervision of an adult.

10. Product Descriptions and Payment

Product images are for reference only; actual products may vary. We accept various payment methods listed at checkout, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, and Pay on Delivery. Refunds may not be provided for orders placed online except as required under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
