Our Policy

We take pride in our food and want every customer to be happy. All refund and replacement requests are handled in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

We will offer a refund or replacement if:

You received the wrong item; an item was missing from your order; the food was of unacceptable quality; or the food was not fit for consumption due to a preparation error on our part.

We do not offer refunds if:

You changed your mind after ordering; food preparation has already commenced; the issue was not reported within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Cancellations

Dine-in reservations must be cancelled at least 2 hours in advance. Takeaway and online orders must be cancelled before food preparation begins. Call us immediately on +61 458 913 521 to cancel.

How to Request a Refund

Contact us within 24 hours at kdindiankitchen@gmail.com or +61 458 913 521. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
